Special Session Submission Portal - Submission Sign In

ABSTRACT CUT-OFF DATE:  Midnight (EST) 1st September 2026

Thank you for your interest in presenting. The contribution of presenters is critical and we value your input greatly.

If this is something you are interested in organising and chairing, please submit a synopsis, suggested speakers and format. All presenters in these sessions must register and submit abstracts for the conference.

 

Your must follow the formatting conditions for your Special Session.  

  • Title of Special Session Submission (20 words)
  • Synopsis of Special Session (400 words) 
  • Please include key message and focus.
  • Proposed Speakers (or Organisation) - Name of proposed lead speaker and representative organisation (optional)
  • Format of Session - (200 words) - The format should be clearly spelt out to assist with programming.  

 

A note on the maximum number of abstracts and presentations

Please note the maximum number of abstracts submitted per person is one, and the maximum number of presentations per author is one.
