Welcome to the secure online registration to CONVERGE 2026 - Australian POTS Foundation Conference

Registration to attend CONVERGE 2026 is only available via this online form. It will take you approximately 3 minutes to complete this registration process. Early bird discount fees  end Midnight AEST 7th April 2026, after which standard pricing will apply.  

The CONVERGE 2026 Conference will be held over two days:

Thursday 4 June is our Scientific/Clinical Day, designed for registered health professionals and researchers with a focus on clinical care, emerging evidence, and interdisciplinary collaboration.

Friday 5 June is our Community Day, tailored for people with lived experience of POTS, along with their families, carers, and friends.

 

A limited virtual option will be available for both days. Due to technical setup, only the workshop taking place in the main conference room will be live-streamed and recorded.

Recordings will be made available to ticket holders for on-demand viewing within one month of the event's conclusion.
